Hi! I’m Samantha, a designer who codes or a developer who designs, depending on the challenge. I move fluidly between the empathy of user-centered design, the strategy behind product thinking, and the logic of code. My goal is to create digital products that are not only functional and accessible, but also meaningful for users.
I've contributed to improving product flows, reducing user friction, and crafting solutions based on real user feedback. I’ve collaborated with UX writers, developers, and product teams to turn ideas into scalable, intuitive experiences.

📌 A bit of background:My journey into UX started as a Customer Excellence Analyst in a fast-paced digital product environment. That experience helped me deeply understand user pain points, advocate for their needs, and work cross-functionally to improve their experience.
